SHIPPING CHARGES to the 48 States

Unless otherwise stated, shipping, handling and insurance charges for items shipped within the 48 continental United States are based upon the total merchandise amount of your order as follows. We do not ship outside the USA. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Military Shipments - These shipments are by Priority Mail. Some orders, depending on weight and package size, may require additional cost to ship. We will notify you for your approval if there is an additional cost and will not ship until we have your approval.

Some items, as noted, may require extra shipping charges due to size and/or weight. We will contact you with the actual cost and not ship until we have your approval.

We accept MC, V, D and AE credit cards. No paper checks of any kind are accepted.

The above rate does not apply to these three areas even though it will be shown on your shopping cart. We will determine the rate and send you an email for your approval before we ship.

 

DELIVERY

In stock items are normally shipped within 2 - 5 business days. We ship by UPS or USPS.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If an item is received damaged call us immediatley. Save the item and all packaging material and the box. UPS reserves the right to inspect the damaged item and the box. An insurance claim can not be honored if the box and packaging material are not present.

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Paints and stain are not returnable. Please include a copy of your receipt and tell us if you wish a refund, credit or exchange. The item must be returned postpaid and insured (we do not accept CODs) and in the same saleable condition in which you received it. Special orders (furniture, custom furniture, Windsor chairs or other items made or altered specifically for you) are not returnable. Please package your return carefully. It will help us provide better service if you briefly tell us the reason for the return. Shipping charges are not refundable and items sent in exchange are subject to regular shipping charges.

 

OUR POLICY
