DELIVERY
In stock items are normally shipped within 2 - 5 business days. We usually ship by UPS.
Return Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Please include a copy of your receipt and tell us if you wish a refund, credit or exchange. The item must be returned postpaid and insured (we do not accept CODs) and in the same saleable condition in which you received it. Special orders (furniture, custom furniture, Windsor chairs or other items made or altered specifically for you) are not returnable. Please package your return carefully. It will help us provide better service if you briefly tell us the reason for the return. Shipping charges are not refundable and items sent in exchange are subject to regular shipping charges.
